Lawrence, a lifelong Alaskan and one time commercial fisherman, is a local architect working for Charles Bettisworth and Co. Architects and enjoys making gifts for family and friends in his spare time. Besides this year’s Salmon sculpture Lawrence also has a Christmas tree ornament in the permanent collection at the White House.

Anneleise was born and raised in Anchorage before studying architecture at the University of Oregon. She is an architectural intern with Charles Bettisworth and Co., and enjoys skiing, cycling, drawing and painting in her spare time. She has painted houses, storefronts, walls, doors, fences, driveways, murals, planters, boxes, clothing, sculpture, picture frames, mugs, candle holders, cards; this is her first “fish painting”.

Summertime picnics are upon us. With red gingham tablecloths, fresh wild Alaska Salmon and silverware the table is set; dig in, try finding the airline utensils and enjoy!
