Gayla Ranf is an artistic decorative and architectural painter. In her business, Gayla Designs, she creates distinct looks to compliment surroundings and lifestyles in homes and businesses. Her finishes can be placed just about anywhere; walls, ceilings, furniture, on canvas, or even fish! The word faux, in Faux-a-licious Copper Salmon, means fake or false. In this case the salmon was made to imitate patina copper with a layering of special decorative paint. Gayla also imitates marble, olde worlde stone, brick, and a number of other beautiful finishes in her work. gayladesigns@gci.net
